About the Role
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading and developing the team, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing inventory, and achieving business performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop team members.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control and minimise wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate business records.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and profitability.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualification or at least one year of full-time experience in a Retail Manager or similar management role.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting and staff rostering.
- Understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
