We are seeking skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team for ongoing projects across NSW. This role involves fabrication, welding, repairs, and maintenance of metal structures in workshop and site-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to industry standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
- Operate hand tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and machinery
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct quality checks and report defects or structural issues
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Trade qualification as a Welder / Fabricator
- Demonstrated experience in fabrication and welding
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- White Card (preferred but not required depending on assignment)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Full working rights in Australia
Pay: $76,515.00 – $78,000.00 per year
