We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to undertake casual shifts supporting our medical workforce team. You'll be working in a supportive, but fast paced environment providing support in the process and management of medical workforce recruitment.

Where you'll be working
Based at SESLHD MHS, located on St George Hospital campus, Kogarah.
Travel to other MHS sites across SESLHD is required (Prince of Wales and The Sutherland Hospital campuses).

Role Requirements
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, while managing competing work priorities and workflow within allocated resources.
- Experience in responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Outlook, Excel) and workforce related Information Technology Systems (including Stafflink, HealthRoster, HCM/ROB).
