This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in leading our team and delivering an authentic customer experience. As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, creating an engaging store environment, developing your team, and driving strong results. We’re seeking a dedicated leader who is passionate about nurturing talent, building a positive store culture, and contributing to the continued growth of our brand.
As a Store Manager, you'll:
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve their best
- Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience
- Provide styling advice and build lasting customer relationships
- Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example
- Oversee visual merchandising and maintain a beautiful, on-brand store
- Manage store operations, administration and loss prevention
- Support recruitment and build a positive, inclusive team

- Has experience as a retail manager, with proven results and success stories to tell
