We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to lead our team and oversea the daily operations of our store.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Shop Manager to lead our team. As our Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 7-Eleven Service Station and Convenience Store in Turramurra and maximising store performance. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organise and control the daily operations of the fuel and convenience retail site.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and control.
· Ensure compliance with fuel safety and environmental protocols.
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Manage store merchandising and promotional activities.
· Prepare budgets, sales reports, and operational forecasts.
· Analyse business sales and financial data.
· Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
· Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, supervision, and performance.
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
· Resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively.
· Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers across the business.
· Ensure the franchise business’s compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
· Maintain food safety and compliance
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a retail management role.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing teams of 20+ staff members.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Sound understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
- Ability to analyse sales data and implement improvement strategies.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
