We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Distribution Centre (DC) Team Leader (Afternoon Shift) to join our Supply Chain team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll guide a team on the warehouse floor, champion safety, drive operational excellence and help create an environment where people can thrive.
As a Distribution Centre Team Leader, you'll be the day-to-day leader and subject matter expert for your team, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and with our customer front of mind. Working closely with your Zone Manager, you'll support daily performance while coaching and developing team members to achieve their best.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys developing others and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
