Job Purpose:
To support the day to day operation of the play center, ensuring a safe, clean and fun environment for children and families. Team members place a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supervising play areas, hosting birthday parties, and assisting in the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Host birthday parties
- Assist in the cafe ( taking orders, serving food/drinks, basic food prep )
- Clean and reset party rooms, tables and play equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including child safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with the team and follow instructions from supervisor
Who we're Looking for:
- Age 16 + (we welcome junior staff and provide training)
- Friendly, energetic, and good with kids
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Available on weekends and during school holidays (our busiest times)
- Willing to learn and help in all areas of the center
