About the Opportunity
We’re seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide respectful, highquality care to clients across the community. You’ll play a meaningful role in helping older people maintain their independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Travel independently within the community using your own vehicle
Provide domestic support (cleaning, laundry, household tasks)
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, medication prompting)
Escort clients to shopping, appointments and social activities

Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Full Victorian driver’s licence + reliable, insured vehicle
Availability for at least 3 days per week
Recent experience in community or residential aged care
Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
You’ll Also Bring
Strong understanding of aged care standards and safe work practices
Confidence using mobile devices and completing documentation
Excellent attention to detail, honesty and reliability
Warm, supportive communication that builds trust and promotes independence
COVID19 and flu vaccinations (recommended)
