If you’ve built a solid foundation in civil drafting and are ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the opportunity for you. With 1–2+ years’ experience, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside an experienced team on a range of technically challenging projects across urban renewal, development and municipal infrastructure, including earthworks, stormwater, sewer, water, pavements and road design.
This role is based at our Newcastle office.

What You Bring
- 1-2 years’+ experience as a civil drafter. More experience is welcome and salary would be agreed to match your skill level.
- Essential to have experience with AutoCAD, civil engineering experience desirable.
- Experience with Civil 3D or 12D Model is desirable but not essential. Training in these software packages is available on the job.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients and external consultants.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Strong team ethic and a collaborative approach to working across projects and functional groups.
