We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Barrista to join our busy cake shop
Position: causal
Days: Friday & Saturday (2 days per week) with room for extra days
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders in-store and over the phone
- Processing online cake orders (must be tech-savvy)
- Making a variety of coffees, drinks, and sandwiches
- Boxing and packaging cakes with care
- Clearing and bussing tables
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Opening and closing the café
- Stock counting and stock replenishment
- Deep cleaning and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Handing over custom orders
- General café duties as required

We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is confident using computers and online ordering systems
- Is reliable, punctual, and well organised
- Can multitask in a busy environment
- Has attention to detail, especially when handling cake orders
- Can work independently and as part of a team
