Nude Amigos is one of Australia's fastest-growing full-service Mexican restaurant groups, known for bold flavours, epic margaritas, and high-energy dining experiences.
With multiple venues across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW—and new openings underway—we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our brand, digital presence, and growth.
This is a senior, end-to-end role. You won't just plan—you'll execute.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own all digital marketing and social media (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok)
- Create and manage campaigns for specials, events, new openings and product launches
- Run Meta advertising campaigns (local promotions, events, retargeting and ROAS optimisation – experience preferred but not essential)
- Manage TripAdvisor and Google Reviews across all venues
- Write weekly email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Coordinate photographers, designers and freelance creatives
- Lead community engagement, influencer partnerships and local collaborations
- Maintain strong brand consistency across every platform
- Support in-venue activations (Salsa Sundays, themed nights, venue launches and special events)
About You
- 2–5 years' experience in marketing (hospitality experience highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and marketing analytics (preferred but not essential)
- Confident creating Reels, TikToks and engaging social media content
- Strong copywriting skills with a fun, creative tone
- Proficient with Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)
- Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends for events and content creation
- Knowledge of the Gold Coast and Northern NSW hospitality scene is a plus
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coolangatta QLD
