Part-Time Manager – Success Tutoring Canning Vale
Success Tutoring is one of Australia’s fastest-growing tutoring organisations, helping students build confidence and achieve academic success through high-quality Mathematics and English tutoring.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Part-Time Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Canning Vale centre and provide an exceptional experience for our students and families.
Required Working Hours
The successful applicant will be required to work:
- Monday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- Wednesday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Additional hours may be available from time to time to support centre growth and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and tutors.
- Conduct Maths and English assessments for prospective students.
- Enrol new students and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
- Manage centre administration, attendance records, and scheduling.
- Support tutors and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organised learning environment.
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Confident speaking with parents and conducting student assessments.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, education, or sales is highly regarded.
- Passionate about helping students achieve their goals.
