About the Position
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to assist NDIS participants in implementing their plans, connecting with services, and working towards their individual goals. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality participant outcomes.
Key Duties
- Support participants to implement and achieve their NDIS plan goals
- Coordinate services and maintain communication with participants, families, and service providers
- Monitor participant budgets and funding utilisation
- Maintain accurate records, case notes, and compliance documentation within Nightingale
- Assist with new participant onboarding, reviews, and reporting requirements
- Promote participant capacity building, independence, and community engagement
- Identify and manage potential risks in line with organisational policies
- Ensure services comply with NDIS requirements and internal standards
- Advocate for participant rights and a person-centred approach to service delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within the NDIS sector
- Knowledge of NDIS processes, compliance requirements, and participant supports
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Current Driver's Licence and relevant clearances/checks
- Arabic language skills are highly regarded but not essential
