Seeking a reliable and organised Casual Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting business operations.
About the Role
This casual position is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing emails and responding to enquiries
- Data entry and record management
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
- General administrative support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience (preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
