We’re Queensland Physiotherapy – a busy, down-to-earth physio clinic in Albany Creek – and we’re on the lookout for a Casual Receptionist to join our team covering Saturday mornings, with potential to add weekday work as well.
This is a great opportunity if you love people, enjoy variety in your work, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly (and sparkling clean!).
What You'll Be Doing...
You’ll be the smiling face at the front desk and the friendly voice on the phone – helping our patients feel cared for from start to finish, while keeping our clinic looking its best.
Your days will include a mix of:
- Greeting patients with warmth and a genuine smile
- Answering calls and helping with enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing payments and handling billing
- Making follow-up calls to check in with patients
- Keeping reception, treatment areas and bathrooms clean, tidy and welcoming throughout the day
- Wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and pitching in with any and all cleaning tasks
- Helping with admin and keeping stock in order
- Jumping in to help wherever you’re needed

Job Type: Casual
Location: Albany Creek, QLD
Availability: Saturday 8-12, and potential to add weekday shifts moving forward.
Pay Rate: Based on the Health Professionals and Support Services Award – Health Support Services Employee Level 2 or above, and will vary depending on your age and experience.
