We are looking for a few adventurers to join our friendly and hardworking team. We have turned a family owned takeaway into a community owned takeaway, and we need reliable workers for the Spring / Summer Season. We are looking for people who want to try a tree change or spend the summer living somewhere completely different.
This is an opportunity to do the work you love and have a base from which to explore our region (a great opportunity for travellers in pairs, or a couple)
The role includes:
Preparing and cooking cafe-style meals
Making coffees and serving drinks
Serving customers with a friendly smile
Food preparation and kitchen duties
General cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
We're looking for someone who:
Has cafe, kitchen or hospitality experience
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Can work weekdays and weekends
Bonus points to ALLROUNDERS who are also interested in, or who have a partner that is interested in Social Support Services for Aged Care and NDIS recipients. We also have work in property maintenance and basic improvements.
