Cronulla Espresso Bar is looking for an experienced Breakfast cook with basic cookery skills to join our team on a casual basis 35 hours per week.
2 years experience required:
- General knowledge of cooking, oven and grilling, meat, such as chicken, lamb, pork
- Baking muffins & cakes, making protein balls
- you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen,
- ordering stock, accepting deliveries & stock rotation.
- fluent english written and spoken
- some front of house duties such as making fresh juices, smoothies and toasting sandwiches and wraps
- some washing dishes, cleaning equipment and surfaces, preparing ingredients like chopping fruit & vegetables, assembling sandwiches and breakfast items
- Set up & Pack down of cafe required, you must be able to lift umbrellas, tables and chairs approx 15kgs in weight
This is a tax job we require full working rights, you must have as tax file number and superannuation. no cash payments.
