We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher (ECT) to join the team at Natural Wonders Early Learning, Mooroolbark.
This is a great opportunity to lead a funded 3-year-old Kindergarten program within a supportive, community-focused service that values high-quality practice, strong relationships, and meaningful learning experiences for children.
About the Role
As the Kindergarten Teacher, you will lead the 3YO funded kindergarten program, designing and delivering a play-based curriculum that supports children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of educators and leadership who value reflective practice, consistency, and a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a high-quality 3YO Kindergarten program
- Lead curriculum development in line with the EYLF and VEYLDF
- Build strong, responsive relationships with children and families
- Document children’s learning in meaningful and purposeful ways
- Work collaboratively with educators and leadership
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support ongoing quality improvement and reflective practice
About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- VIT registration (or eligibility)
- Experience in a Kindergarten or Early Childhood Teacher role preferred
- Strong understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, and early childhood pedagogy
- Confident, collaborative team member and educator
- Passionate about high-quality early childhood education
