Receptionist
Rich River Golf Club is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Guest Services team.
As the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating positive first impressions and supporting day-to-day operations across the Club.
In this position, you will handle a broad range of front-of-house and administrative duties, including accommodation enquiries, reservations, guest check-in/check-out and general Club support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage accommodation enquiries, reservations and package client requirements
Prepare guest documentation, vouchers and housekeeping information
Provide friendly, professional assistance to members, visitors and sporting committees
Communicate clearly, courteously and efficiently
Process payments for sporting committees, debtors and motel guests
Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and application of charges
What We’re Looking For
Experience in reception, administration or customer-facing roles
Strong customer service skills and cash-handling accuracy
Professional phone manner and confident communication style
Ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure
High standards of presentation, accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
