What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
- Keep the office organised, tidy, and running smoothly.
- Provide admin support across the business, including HR-related tasks.
- Assist with staff inductions, office supplies, IT queries, and event coordination (e.g. Townhalls, Health & Wellbeing activities).
- Manage credit card reconciliations, building requests, and general office duties.
About you:
You bring energy, initiative, and a “no task too big or small” attitude. You enjoy helping others, thrive in an office environment, and want to build your career in HR or business support.
Whether you have experience in office coordination or are a recent graduate ready to start your career, we’d love to hear from you.
