Daltech is growing and we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business growth and strengthen key client relationships across mining, civil, and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Do

Win new business and grow market share

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (CRM driven)

Develop proposals, tenders, and scopes of work

Manage and expand key client accounts

What You Bring

Proven business development / sales experience in heavy mining/plant machinery

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Track record hitting sales and revenue targets

Highly organised with strong pipeline management

Experience in mining, civil, or heavy equipment (highly regarded)
