Location: Western Sydney and surrounding areas: 10 hours per week
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and community-minded individual to join our team in a dual-role position combining direct client support and community engagement.
Position Overview
This role includes:
Client Support (3 hours per week)
- Every Wednesday from 11:00am – 2:00pm
- Provide one-on-one support to a client in line with their goals and support needs
- Assist with community participation and social engagement as required
Community Engagement & Business Promotion (7 hours per week)
- Attend community events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings throughout Western Sydney and surrounding areas
- Represent and promote our organisation within the local community
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, service providers, and stakeholders
- Assist in increasing awareness of our services and identifying opportunities for growth
What We Offer
- $35.50 per hour
- Kilometre reimbursement for approved work-related travel
- Travel to and from the client’s home is not reimbursed unless you are transporting the client or travelling for an approved work purpose

Essential Requirements
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally within the community
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Desirable
- Experience in disability support, community services, stakeholder engagement, networking, or business development
- Knowledge of the NDIS sector
