Olympic Cellars & The Lott is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team in Heidelberg West.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys customer service, is confident speaking with customers, and can work in a busy retail environment.
Duties include:
Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operating the register and EFTPOS
Assisting with The Lott sales and customer enquiries
Restocking shelves, fridges and displays
Keeping the store clean, tidy and well presented
Checking ID and following liquor and lottery licence requirements
Receiving stock and general shop duties as required
Requirements:
Good customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and honest
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Retail or bottle shop experience preferred but not essential
RSA preferred or willing to obtain
The Lott experience is a bonus, but training can be provided

Training will be provided for the right person.
