Key Responsibilities:
Provide intensive, home-based support to children and families
Conduct assessments of family strengths, risks, and needs
Develop and implement family-led case plans
Deliver parenting support, early intervention, and practical guidance
Work closely with schools, health services, and government agencies
Advocate for families and help them access essential services
Maintain accurate case notes and progress reporting
Promote child safety, wellbeing, and family resilience
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
Experience in case management or family support services
Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
Ability to engage with vulnerable families with empathy and respect
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with diverse and multicultural communities
Current driver’s licence (field-based work required)
