3 Black Bears Pizza is coming to Caloundra, and we’re looking for energetic casual team members to join the crew.
We’re all about fresh, tasty pizza, great value, and friendly service. Our team plays a big part in creating a relaxed, fast-paced customer experience where people feel welcome and well looked after.
This role would suit someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a fun team environment.
About the role
As a casual team member, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the store, including:
· Greeting and serving customers
· Taking orders in person and over the phone
· Preparing food and assisting with pizza making
· Packing orders accurately for pick-up and delivery
· Keeping the store clean, organised, and ready for service
· Working as part of a team during busy service periods
· Following food safety and hygiene procedures
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Friendly, confident, and outgoing
· Reliable and punctual
· Available to work nights and weekends
· Able to work well under pressure
· A team player with a positive attitude
· Willing to learn and follow systems
· Well presented and customer focused
Retail, fast food, cafe, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person.
