The successful applicant will be experienced in all aspects of pastry making with a broad knowledge, in particular laminating, cutting/shaping puff pastry/pastries, croissants and viennoiserie in our air conditioned pastry room. We are a modern bakery with state of the art equipment. We are looking for someone to progress their career. You must be efficient, clean and above all, be able to produce quality products in a timely fashion. For the right person this will be a rewarding career move. The position is Monday - Friday day shifts.
