Casual position to start with and change to permanent/ full time for right applicant.

About the Role:
Become part of a dedicated and supportive team delivering essential care to individuals in the community. As a Support Worker, you will use your experience in mental health and community services to provide responsive, high-quality support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
Duties may include:
- Personal care, hygiene and daily living support
- Manual handling, mobility assistance and use of associated equipment
- Community access and transport
- Monitoring and reporting health-related changes
- Working alongside allied health teams
- Completing accurate shift notes and documentation
- Sleepovers at clients homes if you would like
About You:
- Previous experience in mental health, disability, or community services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain immediately)
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
