Casual Beauty Therapist
25–30 Hours Per Week | CosMediSpa Oxenford
CosMediSpa Oxenford is seeking an experienced, confident and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our growing team on a casual basis.
This position offers approximately 25–30 hours per week and includes working alternate Saturdays and one - two late nights per week.
CosMediSpa is a busy, high-volume cosmetic and skin clinic with a large and growing client base. We are looking for someone who works efficiently, remains calm under pressure and can confidently manage back-to-back appointments while continuing to provide exceptional client care.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing professional facials and beauty treatments
- Conducting detailed client consultations
- Recommending suitable treatments and home-care products
- Creating personalised treatment plans
- Managing a busy appointment schedule efficiently
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and clinic presentation
- Assisting with reception and general clinic duties when required
- Working toward individual and clinic performance goals
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Hold a recognised Beauty Therapy qualification
- Have previous experience in a salon, spa or skin clinic
- Be confident performing facials and beauty treatments
- Work well in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic
- Be comfortable managing multiple clients and back-to-back appointments
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be reliable, organised and well presented
- Be confident recommending treatments and skincare products
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Be available to work alternate Saturdays and one late night per week
Experience with advanced skin treatments, laser treatments or cosmetic clinics would be highly regarded.
