The Property Administration Assistant position involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the effective management and provision of services. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly.
Reporting to our Senior Administrator/Project Coordinator, this admin role is responsible for:

Assisting the Property team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair activities, and property inspections.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to property management.

Work with the finance team to resolve any issues regarding invoices payments to our suppliers.

Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for property-related expenses.

Assist with supply management, compliance, and project support.
