We are a global leadership education company with 19 years of experience delivering award‑winning programs and transformational learning experiences. We are seeking professional, self‑directed individuals to join our team in a remote, performance‑based sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews with qualified enquiries
- Guide aligned individuals through the program selection process
- Use simple digital marketing methods to maintain consistent enquiry flow
- Facilitate online information sessions and support prospective clients
- Build long‑term professional relationships and provide ongoing guidance
- Participate in weekly training and leadership development sessions
Who This Suits
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- 8+ years’ experience in sales, leadership, hospoitality, recruitment, coaching, or similar fields
- Strong communication skills across phone, Zoom, and digital platforms
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
- An interest in leadership, performance, and professional growth
- Confidence working remotely with self‑directed structure

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
