We are seeking passionate, career-minded retail professionals who love fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your Role
- Provide a warm, welcoming and exceptional experience to all brides, formal clients and their guests.
- Work one-on-one with brides to help them find their dream wedding gown.
- Style clients for formal events, school formals, black-tie occasions and bridesmaid fittings.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients throughout their entire dress journey — from first appointment to final fitting.
- Offer styling advice on accessories, veils, jewellery and complementary pieces to complete the look.
- Stay informed about emerging bridal and formalwear trends and provide feedback to management.
- Consistently achieve and maintain individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the boutique reflects Sentani’s premium aesthetic.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events, trunk shows and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain high boutique standards, ensuring the store remains clean, organised and beautifully presented.
- Represent Sentani Boutique and our designer collections in a professional, confident and consultative manner.
Your Profile
- Qualification in Fashion, Styling, Retail or a related field preferred (relevant experience will also be considered).
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in bridal, formalwear, luxury retail or consultative sales preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Passion for fashion, bridal styling and creating memorable client experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients and provide thoughtful styling advice.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional, polished and fashion-forward personal presentation.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Must be able to work every weekend.
- Physical ability to move throughout the boutique, assist clients into gowns, kneel, stand and lift garment bags when needed.
