The Green Edge is Brisbane's largest plant based grocery store and bistro, and we’re looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our growing kitchen team.
This is a casual position (approximately 20–25 hours per week), with the opportunity for additional hours as we continue to grow.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking our popular handcrafted pizzas while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and efficiency during busy service periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a pizza chef (essential)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- High attention to detail and pride in producing consistently great food
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
- Food safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
- Availability to work weekend evenings is essential

Experience with plant based cooking is welcomed but not essential—we’re happy to train the right chef who brings great pizza experience and a positive attitude.
