About us:
The Patient Flow & Central Clinical Services team plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care by improving access, optimising resources and supporting seamless care across Metro South Health.
The Primary Care Partnerships Unit (PCPU) leads a coordinated approach to outpatient and referral management, bringing together the Central Referral Hub, Outpatient Information and Scheduling Support, Business Practice Improvement Officers and General Practitioner Liaison team. Working in partnership with clinicians and primary care providers, the team strengthens integration between primary and secondary care, improves patient access and experience, and drives continuous improvement, innovation and compliance across outpatient services.
