The Role
We're looking for a motivated, committed and energetic Bingo Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible assisting with bingo operations. You'll need to be confident on the microphone and comfortable to assist in running bingo sessions.
What You'll Be Doing
Selling, and assistant caller for bingo sessions
Calculating payout percentages accurately and ensuring games are run correctly
Handling cash transactions with accuracy
Assist maintaining PETs and other bingo equipment
What We're Looking For
Confident and experienced using a microphone, with the ability to speak clearly and engage a room
Working knowledge of all areas of bingo, including selling, calling, payout calculations, and how games are played
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Accurate cash handling skills
Above-average skill level in Microsoft Office and comfort using technical equipment in a bingo environment
Physical Demands
Ability to maintain walking/standing for up to four hours during bingo sessions
Ability to lift and move furniture and bingo equipment as required, with weight loads of up to 15kg
The Details
Employment type: Casual, approx. 25+ hours per week
Roster: Must be available to work weekends and nights, including Wednesday and Thursday split shifts, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings
