At Granville Public School we have an enrolment of approximately 650 students, including a preschool and seven special education classes. 5. Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning
6. Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policy
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.

Assistant Principals play a key role supporting the Principal to lead the school's improvement initiatives. As the leader of a group of teachers, Assistant Principals lead the professional growth and coordination of their team.
The school provides high levels of support through external leadership coaching, instructional coaching, job embedded time for stage-based learning and support meetings and student-centred data collaboration meetings. High impact professional learning (whole school and team based) supports teachers to develop their capacity to teach effectively.
