We are seeking an experienced and reliable Store Manager to lead our Gong Cha store at Birkenhead Point. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality or QSR experience who can manage daily operations, lead a team, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Open and close the store as required
- Lead, train and supervise staff
- Prepare staff rosters and manage shift coverage
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Handle cash management and end-of-day reconciliation
- Manage stock levels, ordering and wastage control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Communicate regularly with the business owner
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, QSR or retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised and hands-on
- Able to work weekends and retail hours
- Confident managing staff performance and training
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Bubble tea or café experience is an advantage but not essential

Trading Hours
- Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
- Thursday: 10am – 7:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Availability across weekdays and weekends is required. The manager will work a rotating roster covering both opening and peak periods.
