Position Summary
Aussie Life Care is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Female Disability Support Worker to provide domestic cleaning and household assistance to NDIS participants across Geelong, East Geelong, and nearby suburbs.
In this role, you will support participants by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment, helping them enhance their quality of life and independence. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform domestic cleaning duties to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment
- Complete household tasks such as laundry, tidying, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general home maintenance
- Follow participant preferences and support plans
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
- Maintain professional and respectful relationships with participants
- Promote participant dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate II or III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning and household maintenance
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic home environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Friendly, respectful, and professional approach when working in participants’ homes
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in cleaning routines
- Physical capability to perform manual cleaning and household tasks
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities
