Sheetmetal Tradesman – Molendinar
Aussie Switchboards is an Australian-owned switchboard manufacturing company with over 25 years of experience, specialising in the design, manufacture, assembly and testing of quality electrical switchboards. We're looking for a qualified, reliable Sheetmetal Tradesman to join our team based in Molendinar.
Full-time position – 38 hours per week
Immediate start
What you'll be doing:
Reading and interpreting drawings
Fabricating Sheetmetal components for switchboard enclosures
Ensuring work meets quality standards and specifications
Working as part of a team to keep production on schedule
This role requires:
The ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Comfort working in a workshop environment
What we're looking for:
A reliable and hard-working attitude
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
TIG welding, turret, or press brake experience a bonus
Forklift licence highly regarded (not essential)
Car licence preferred but not essential
What's on offer:
$80,000 – $90,000 per annum
4-day work week available if it suits you
Friday finishes at 1pm
