About the role
The Administration Officer - Cardiac Sciences Unit provides high-quality administrative and customer service support within Ambulatory Care Services at Caboolture Hospital. The role plays a key part in supporting the efficient operation of cardiac services by ensuring patients, clinicians and stakeholders receive professional, responsive and patient-focused administrative assistance.
The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team environment, undertaking a broad range of administrative functions while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, confidentiality and operational efficiency. The role requires flexibility, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise competing demands to support the effective delivery of healthcare services.

Provide high-level customer service and administrative support to patients, clinicians and stakeholders within the Cardiac Sciences Unit.
Manage workload priorities effectively while ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Build positive relationships through effective communication, professionalism and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
