Key Responsibilities:
Canvas the market, source leasing and sales opportunities, and secure new listings across the logistics and industrial sector
Develop and maintain strong connections with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, and key market stakeholders
Negotiate lease and sale terms, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver insightful market analysis and competition reports
Conduct property inspections, track availability, and maintain accurate databases to ensure the team has real-time intelligence
Work closely with analysts and support teams to achieve individual and collective revenue targets
Meet key performance indicators including:
Achieving personal revenue targets
Minimum 30 cold calls per week (owners or tenants)
Minimum 20 warm calls per week (lease expiries or referrals)
Consistent logging of activity, actions, and outcomes
Skills & Experience:
Current Real Estate Licence (NSW)
Bachelor's degree in Property or related field
Proven track record in leasing and/or sales within commercial or industrial property
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay organised under pressure
Natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and earn trust
Problem-solver with sound judgment and decision-making capability
Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
