As an Early Years Classroom Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver effective learning programs that meet the needs of all students and contribute to whole-school planning and objectives.
Foster a positive and supportive school environment that promotes student learning, wellbeing and engagement.
Support the effective use of school resources, including personnel, finances, technology, information, assets and facilities, to achieve educational and departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
Deliver quality teaching and learning aligned with curriculum requirements, professional standards and current educational practices.
Promote student wellbeing and positive behaviour by providing safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments.
Assess, monitor and report on student progress using a range of assessment strategies and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with the school community through curriculum development, professional learning, school decision-making, community engagement and professional conduct.
