Delatite Winery has been a local icon since it first planted vines in 1968. As our business expands, we are on the hunt for a Door Host to join our amazing team.
Key duties in this role will include:
- being the first point of reference for our guests, both on the telephone and at the entrance to the Cellar Door
- managing our bookings diary
- responding to queries from guests
the ideal applicant will possess:
- previous experience in a hosting role is preferred
- immaculate presentation and grooming
- the ability to prioritise and think quickly on their feet whilst retaining a calm demeanour
- experience using nowbookit or other booking software
- well honed phone disposition
- personable nature with the confidence to deal with guests of all ages and backgrounds
- responsible service of alcohol certificate
Successful applicants will need to provide proof of being double vaccinated.
Delatite Winery is offering above award wages for this role, and all necessary training will be provided. Subsidized accommodation will be also be available to the right applicant.
