Introduction:
At Lite n' Easy our goal is to create a healthier Australia by changing the way Australians eat. We make it easy for people to eat well, whether they want to lose weight or simply stay healthy. As a quality driven food company, all of our creative energies go into making our meals as delicious as they are healthy.
Description:
To help drive this mission, we are seeking a commercially astute, relationship-driven National Partnership Manager who brings their true authentic self to join our growing Partnerships team.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven position focused on nurturing, managing, and elevating our existing provider networks. Rather than cold calling or hard selling, your goal is to build deep, collaborative connections.
This role focuses on our government-supported programs (specifically Support at home partners). You will manage a structured provider tier system, focusing heavily on our top-tier relationships and key growth accounts, using regular reviews to strategically move providers up the tiers through consistent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management: Execute the partnership strategy for Support at Home providers, moving them from transactional engagement to high-value partners.
Data & Performance Insights: Utilise Power BI to analyse data, track provider performance, and generate actionable, growth-focused reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with IT/Tech Development to resolve provider platform issues and iron out invoicing/finance queries.
Industry Compliance & Knowledge: Stay ahead of sector changes, policy shifts, and federal budget updates affecting the aged care and disability sectors.
What We Are Looking For
Sector Experience: Demonstrated experience within the Aged Care or Disability sectors (working for a provider, in policy, or directly within the space).
Level & Commercial Acumen: Ability to operate comfortably at a Middle to Senior Management level, understanding how to maximise value and outcomes for both parties.
Working Style: Personable, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about the sector. You are a self-starter who thrives with high autonomy and navigates change with ease.
Compliance: Must hold or be able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Preferred / "Great to Have"
Direct experience implementing or working with the Support at Home (SAH) Care policy is a major advantage.
Logistics & Travel
Location: Open to candidates based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
Travel: Frequent national travel is required, including regular client visits and attending major industry conferences throughout the year.
