Disability Support Worker - Wyong Creek Area

We are seeking a small team of 3-4 reliable Disability Support Workers to support a male participant in the Wyong Creek area.
About the Role The anticipated roster will include:
Morning shifts of approximately 2 hours Evening shifts of approximately 2 hours Coverage across the week Immediate commencement available Specific days, times, and duties will be confirmed following an initial meeting with the participant and review of his support and care plans.
About You We are looking for dependable support workers who can commit to short shifts and provide consistent, high-quality support.
Essential Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid and CPR certification Current driver's licence Reliable, insured vehicle Suitable employment references Strong reliability and professionalism
Desirable:
Living within a reasonable distance of Wyong Creek
Ability to commit consistently to morning and evening shifts
Previous experience supporting people with spinal cord injuries is welcome but not essential.
