Support Worker – SIL Home | Kincumber
Go Beyond Care is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home located in Kincumber.
About the Role: You will be supporting participants with daily living activities and assisting them to build independence and engage with the community.
Duties Include: • Domestic assistance • Meal preparation and meal assistance • Community access and transport • Providing person-centred support in a SIL environment
Shift Times: • 6:00am – 2:00pm • 2:00pm – 10:00pm with a Sleepover.
Requirements: • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance • Willingness to use own vehicle while supporting participants • Current driver’s licence • NDIS Worker Screening Check • First Aid & CPR Certificate • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
