Surface Projects is an established, specialist subcontractor providing complete, end-to-end waterproofing, tile supply, and tile installation solutions for premium residential and major commercial projects across Queensland. Renowned for our strict Quality Assurance and seamless project delivery, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Program and Project Administrator to join our team and support the planning, coordination, estimation, and administrative control of our rapidly expanding project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist with project planning, reporting, budgeting, and documentation
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Maintain project records, registers, and compliance documentation
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence
- Support procurement and contract administration processes
- Monitor project milestones and assist in resolving operational issues
- Ensure administrative systems and project controls are maintained efficiently
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant qualification In Australia:
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in project administration or coordination roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Experience in the construction or building industry will be highly regarded

- Salary range: AUD 79,500-82,500 plus superannuation
