About AHS:
Advantage Healthcare Support (AHS) is an NDIS registered provider delivering disability support, nursing services, and complex care supports across New South Wales. We are also expanding our presence in Victoria, creating exciting opportunities for growth and partnership development.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, proactive and commercially minded Business Development & Growth Officer to drive new business opportunities, help increase brand awareness, generate referrals, strengthen industry relationships, and support the ongoing growth of our services.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Business and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building industry connections, developing referral networks, supporting marketing initiatives, and expanding AHS' presence throughout NSW and VIC.
You will build strong relationships with hospitals, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health Professionals, community organisations, and other key stakeholders to generate referrals and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

Identify and secure new business opportunities across NSW and VIC.

Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners and industry stakeholders.

Promote AHS services across the disability, healthcare, and community sectors.

Identify and pursue opportunities to generate referrals and grow services.

Attend networking events, expos, community forums, and industry meetings.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective referral partners and key stakeholders.

Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.

Monitor referral trends, market opportunities, and competitor activity.

Maintain stakeholder databases and track business development activities.

Work collaboratively with operational teams to support service growth and participant onboarding.

Contribute ideas and strategies to strengthen AHS' presence and reputation within the sector.

Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Assist with social media, content creation, community engagement, and brand awareness initiatives.
About You:
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, account management, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and community partners.

Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.

Experience within disability, healthcare, aged care, community services, or allied health is highly regarded.

Knowledge of the NDIS and healthcare sector will be highly regarded.

Willingness to travel within New South Wales and Victoria.
Mandatory Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening check.

Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Own car with valid driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance.
