At Enhance Ability Services, we believe great support starts with great people. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers who genuinely want to make a positive difference in the lives of children, young people and families. You'd be a great fit if you have:
- Experience supporting children and young people with autism, PDA and/or complex support needs (professional and/or lived experience)
- Confidence supporting behaviours of concern with patience, empathy and a person-centred approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine, trusting relationships
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people achieve their goals
- Experience in disability support or SIL settings is highly regarded
What you'll be doing:
✨ Supporting participants with personal care and daily living skills ✨ Encouraging independence and confidence
✨ Community access, social connection and transport
✨ Meal preparation and medication support
✨ Working alongside families and allied health professionals to provide meaningful, person-centred support Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in disability support (or relevant lived experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current National Police Check
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
