We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to be based on site at our Baralaba Mine.

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated expertise in mobile maintenance within a mining setting. Enjoy a rewarding career at Golding, with a balanced 7|7 night and day dayshift even-time roster, along with provided camp accommodation and meals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer frontline supervision to ensure tasks are completed safely and promptly;
- Source and secure required parts and resources efficiently;
- Instruct and oversee the workforce to ensure adherence to legislation and procedures;
- Identify equipment faults and implement troubleshooting measures;
- Execute disassembly and assembly of machinery and components;
- Perform routine servicing of equipment in both on-site workshops and field-based settings;
- Actively participate in toolbox and safety meetings; and
- Take part in Hazard Identification, risk assessment, and Work Method Statement Reviews.
Key Capability Requirements:
- Possess relevant trade qualifications;
- Demonstrated experience with heavy mobile earthmoving equipment;
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable;
- Exemplify a positive attitude towards safety with a commitment to zero-harm;
- Display self-motivation and a strong work ethic; and
- Showcase sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
