We’re on the lookout for a passionate, trade‑qualified Chef to join a warm, friendly kitchen team at a Residential Aged Care facility in Goulburn, NSW.

Shift Details:
- Every Thursday and Friday | 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
Important Requirement:
- Must hold a current Federal Police Check or be willing to obtain one
Key attributes and responsibilities
- Previous aged care catering experience is highly desirable.
- Commercial cookery qualifications essential.
- High level of QA, WH&S, HACCP and food safety knowledge.
- Previous experience in the design and implementation of nutritionally adequate and appropriate menus specific to Aged Care.
- Empathy towards aged care residents, staff and clients.
- Produce high quality, nutritious and well-presented meals in line with aged care food service guidelines.
- Assist with menu design and implementation
- Excellent client and resident liaison skills.
- Have own reliable transport.
